Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 130m2 (111m2 internally with 19m2 balconies). That’s about 14 squares. For all two and three bedroom apartments, sizes do not include secure car spaces or basement storage.

Proximity One offers high-quality interior features not normally present in most developments. Ducted air-conditioning is being provided for all bedrooms and living areas.

Main bedrooms are ensuited and have access to balconies and the second bedroom in most apartments is ensuited to the main bathroom. The majority of most other bedrooms have access to a balcony. Bathrooms are tiled from floor-to-ceiling — a feature usually only found in very expensive apartments.
