The 65 Proximity One apartments are large, roomy
and designed with long-term residential living in mind. And two
lifts are a rare convenience in such a small development.
Two-bedroom apartments range upwards in size from
108m2 (88m2 internally with 20m2 balconies). In the old measurement,
that’s about 11.5 squares.
Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 130m2
(111m2 internally with 19m2 balconies). That’s about 14
squares. For all two and three bedroom apartments, sizes do not
include secure car spaces or basement storage.
Proximity One offers high-quality interior features
not normally present in most developments. Ducted air-conditioning
is being provided for all bedrooms and living areas.
Main bedrooms are ensuited and have access to balconies
and the second bedroom in most apartments is ensuited to the main
bathroom. The majority of most other bedrooms have access to a
balcony. Bathrooms are tiled from floor-to-ceiling — a feature
usually only found in very expensive apartments.
Every bedroom has good sized robe space and is fitted
with double and long hanging spaces and storage shelves. Top-level
apartments will have ceilings raking to over 4 metres high and
bathroom skylights, offering increased natural light and spaciousness.
Some kitchens have reconstituted stone serveries
with laminate benches. Island benches feature stone tops. Kitchens
have quality European appliances, including electric oven, cooktop,
retractable rangehood and a dishwasher.
Front doors have deadlocks with peepholes. All windows
and doors have security fly screens. Window treatments will be
